Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada. International shipping options may be available in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain expedited services. We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@vecai.ca within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
